Still here, on this side of this very messed up world. I really don’t know how to be on this platform anymore. Maybe I’ve never really known.

The last few months of 2024 hit a bit hard on a personal level and this year hasn&rsq

Not every day will feel light, easy and like a sunny walk to the beach.

It’s funny how each day can seem the same yet our feelings can be so different.

Yesterday I was running in the mountains feeling on top of the world and today my energy

In an ‘either or’ world I find the concept of ‘both and’ so refreshing, spacious and light.

I know it’s not

I know that when you have a lot going on stepping back might feel like the last thing you want to do. You probably think that pausing will only slow you down.

But what if I tell you that when everything feels like it’s too much, tha

I acknowledge that I now live and work on stolen Coast Salish land, specifically the ancestral land of the Duwamish, Suquamish, Stillaguamish and Muckleshoot People, past and present. This land acknowledgement is the first step to make sure we don't forget Indigenous histories and honour the tribes and the land we’re on.
